2. Insurance Services for Seniors
Asesoria Vital offers personalized coverage plans designed for clients aged 60 and above. Each plan includes consultation, risk assessment, and ongoing assistance to ensure well-being and security. Details of coverage and associated payments are outlined in each proposal.
3. Informational Products
Our informational products include digital guides, webinars, and training materials related to coverage management and planning. These products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.
4. Goods
We offer physical items such as policy booklets and informational kits. Items are shipped to the address provided at the time of order. Shipping times and costs are indicated at checkout.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Refund for Insurance Services: Clients may request a refund within 30 days of the service start date. To qualify, the service must not have entered active processing. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Clients may opt to reschedule their service once at no extra cost, subject to availability.
5.2 Refund for Informational Products: Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of delivery if less than 10% of the content has been accessed. Refunds are issued via the same payment method within 10 business days of the request.
5.3 Refund for Goods: Physical items may be returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for shipment of returns. Upon inspection, refunds are processed within 15 business days. If an item is damaged, a replacement may be issued instead of a refund.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain specialized advisory sessions and on-site consultations are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of resources and personnel. Clients will be informed at the time of booking. In exceptional cases, sessions may be rescheduled once with 48 hours notice.
